I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you using any cache on your website?
If yes then could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the cache and check whether everything works fine?
Best regards,

What value have you set as maximum execution time on your website?
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.
Could you please try resetting the search form by clicking on the Reset button?
If the issue persists then you can resolve the Max Execution Time Error as described below.

We can achieve this by developing CSS code.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s displaying so I can help you to achieve it?

Currently, the Ivory Search plugin does not provide this functionality but I will consider implementing it in the future version of the plugin.
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportCurrently, the plugin does not adjust AJAX search results width according to the search bar width but I will consider implementing it in the future version of the plugin.
In the meantime, you can achieve this by developing a custom code.
If you are not a developer, you can consider hiring a developer to develop it. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
You can also consider hiring me to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/
