Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I visited your shared website and saw the WordPress AJAX file admin-ajax.php is not accessible on your website as shown in the attached screenshot which is causing the plugin AJAX functionality not to work.
It may be blocked by some security software.
Please contact your WebHost to make it accessible.
Best regards,

Currently, the Ivory Search plugin does not provide this functionality but I will consider implementing it in the future version of the plugin.
In the meantime, you can achieve this by developing a custom code.
If you are not a developer, you can consider hiring a developer to develop it. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
You can also consider hiring me to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/

Ivory Search SupportSorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin and PHP 8.2
It seems your website-specific issue.
This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Also, This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

You don’t need to configure anything else.
Just go to the main dashboard for your website’s Google Analytics. Click on “Events” under “Behavior” in the left-hand sidebar as shown in the attached screenshot.
