    Does it work fine for you If you use the Default WordPress Search Engine instead of the Inverted Index Search Engine?

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

    Just set the description length to 1 word and add spaces between words.

    I have tested it on my website by setting the description length to 1 word and it displays the description as shown in the attached screenshot.

    It seems there are no empty spaces in the text, therefore, it displays a large description.

    Currently, the plugin does not provide the functionality to trim text by a number of characters.

    You can achieve this by developing custom code.

    If you are not a developer, you can consider hiring a developer to develop it. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
