You have to develop custom code to achieve this.
If you are not a developer, you can consider hiring a developer to develop it. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.
Please make sure that you have configured the search form to order search results by Meta Value as shown in the attached screenshot.
