I could confirm the issue on your website but it works fine on my website.
Please make sure that you are not using any other search plugin that conflicts with Ivory Search.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared website to troubleshoot the issue but I didn’t see the Ivory Search bar anywhere on the website.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so I can troubleshoot it?

You can make it larger by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings
.is-search-form input.is-search-input { height: 46px; font-size: 21px!important; }Best regards,

1.Search results contain page url. How can I configure search to show the page title instead. Or if this is not possible – hide the URL from the search results.
The search results page is displayed by the search.php file of the theme that you are using on your site so the plugin doesn’t control how the pages and their text will be displayed on the search results page but your site theme controls it.
You can change this developing custom code in the search.php file of your child theme by contacting the theme author or consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
You can also consider hiring us to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/
2. See second example in screenshot – results are shown that do not contain the word searched for. How do i stop this?
The word may be in the page content and not the excerpt that you will see by clicking on the Read More link.

Are you using the “Default WordPress Search Engine” or “Inverted Index Search Engine”?
If you are not sure then please reset the search form by clicking on the Reset button and just configure it to search SKUs.

If the index-creating process interrupts due to any reason then you can resume it again as shown in the attached screenshot.
