I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This is happening because the magbook theme that you are using on your website is applying some CSS styling on the search bar.
You can resolve this by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings
input.search-field { margin: 0; }Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportI hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me how the plugin is saving the vendor data?
Whether as a custom field or custom post type or anything else?
Best regards,

Yes, it will work.

I have resolved the issue by using the attached custom plugin.
Could you please check it now?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The search results page is displayed by the search.php file of the theme that you are using on your site so the plugin doesn’t control how the pages and their text will be displayed on the search results page but your site theme controls it.
You can achieve the desired result by developing custom code in the search.php file of your child theme by contacting the theme author or considering hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
You can also consider hiring us to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportI can see in your shared screenshot that the “Website Media” folder contains more medias than other folders this can be a reason that it is not displaying in the plugin settings so could you please try adding more medias to other folders also?
Solved: It doesn’t show empty categories.
Awesome great to see you got that solved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me which plugin you are using to separate media into folders?
Also, could you please share the screenshot of the screen where you have created three media taxonomies?
Best regards,
