You can align it on your website by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

And also there is one more issue in the search result. the search result description showing some button and breadcrumbs texts. How to hide this.

It seems you have added them in the post content area therefore they are displaying.

Please add the text in the Excerpt field of the posts to display in the search results.
