You can align it by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

There is no issue with the original plugin file.

The file might have got affected on your server so please delete the plugin and reinstall it to get a fresh file.
