    I could confirm the issue that is resolved in the plugin version 4.6 that will be released soon.

    It seems from your shared screenshots that your theme is styling it so could you please contact the theme support to achieve this?

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

    Your shared URL is not accessible and just displays the 404 Not Found page.

    You can create a custom field in WordPress as described below and then you can exclude it in the plugin setting as displayed in my earlier reply.

    Currently, the Ivory Search plugin searches the default post tags, and not the custom creates tags using WordPress taxonomy but I will consider implementing the feature to search it in the future version of the plugin.
