You can achieve this by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings
div#is-ajax-search-result-2399 { margin-top: -476px; }
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The CSS code is website specific so Could you please share the page URL from your site where it displays so I can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportI logged into your website and found out that this is an issue with the Polylang translation plugin you are using because the search works fine If I deactivate the Polylang plugin as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please contact the Polylang plugin support to resolve the issue?

I don’t see any content on your shared page.
Please advise.
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do a quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details?
I could see you have configured the search form to search the brand post types.
I don’t see any brand posts on your website so could you please share page URLs from your website?

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so I can troubleshoot it?
Also, please temporarily use the “Default WordPress Search Engine” instead of “Inverted Index Search Engine” in the Options of the search form to know whether it works fine.
