@John I visited your shared site but didn’t see any Ivory Search form used on it.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where you are using it so that I can troubleshoot it?
If you are not using it then please use it as described in the below page in the section “Display Search Form”.
I have resolved many issues in the latest released plugin version 4.4.1 so could you please update the plugin to the latest version and let me know how it works for you?
September 23, 2019 at 6:20 PM in reply to: [support request] Site layout breaks when searching #2962Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Ivory Search plugin.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
This can be theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportI hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems your theme also styles it differently causing the issue.
You can make it work by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings
#masterhead .is-menu .search-close { right: 0; top: 7px; }Best regards,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I checked your license details and found you are already using the license on your website jobs-near-me.com
Where do you want to use it now?
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportYou are most welcome here 🙂
Yes I did, however, those images are loaded from an external link. Maybe that’s causing the issue?
Yes, you are right, therefore, it is not displaying.
I know have another search box on my home page. Called: .aws-container
See screenshot
I want this .aws-container to replace with your Ivory Search box.I understood your requirements now but you are following the wrong path to achieve it.
It is not display using CSS code so you don’t need to edit CSS code.
You have to edit the page and in the content area of it you will see aws shortcode that you have to replace with Ivory Search shortcode.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
The only problem now is aesthetic: the search result page shows an inconvenient vertical list like a sidebar.
The search results page is displayed by the search.php file of the theme that you are using on your site so the plugin doesn’t control how the lines and its text will be displayed on the search results page but your site theme controls it.
You can change this developing custom code in the search.php file of your child theme by contacting the theme author.
