    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    It is not media but the featured images displayed in the search results of your website.

    You can hide them by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

    .search-results article .post-thumb {
    display: none;
}

    Do you mean the search results are displayed differently on the search results page and in the AJAX search results?

    Could you please tell me what search results you are expecting to display in the AJAX search results?

    No, it is not possible without developing custom code.

    It seems the TOC is generated dynamically therefore the plugin can’t find it.

    The category search option only works for the post categories and not for custom categories.
