Ivory Search SupportSeptember 26, 2023 at 3:41 PM in reply to: Fatal Error on activation of premium version and lost of function in free versio #17867This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search & wooCommerce plugins and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

On activation of the premium version it gives me this error:
Please make sure that you have deleted the free version of the plugin before activating the premium version of it.

The plugin doesn’t work in HTML files as it needs to access the WordPress database to make it work.

Could you please tell me which version of PHP and WordPress you are using on your website?

Category – Results Found / Nothing Found
Action – Ivory Search – ID
Label – Value of search termThe plugin doesn’t display form_start.
Please make sure that you are using the same plugin versions on both websites and configured Google analytics similar way.
