Not an issue at all.
Great to see you got that solved.
Have a fantastic day!
February 2, 2022 at 8:31 PM in reply to: How to change the search box height to match menu items #10581You are always welcome, I’m glad I was able to help you with this matter. There is no obligation but by your kind words I wonder if I could trouble you to leave a review based on this experience here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/add-search-to-menu/reviews/?filter=5
I’d really appreciate that. 🙂
And if I can be of any further assistance please don’t hesitate to ask.
I can see on your shared website that the search works on mobile If I press Enter key but not when I click on the search button because your theme suppresses this event.
Could you please contact theme support to resolve this?
February 2, 2022 at 6:58 PM in reply to: Form doesn’t search only the taxonomies or posts I’ve specified #10579I only need the search to limit – from the knowledge base page – to the posts I specified using the tags. All other pages need to search the whole website.
Make sense??Yes, in that case, please use the knowledge base search form on the knowledge base page and use the Default Search Form on all other pages.
Please make sure that you have configured the Default Search Form to search all content or just reset it by clicking on the Reset button.
This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Also, This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
We didn’t implement the feature request as we didn’t get many requests for it.
You can achieve this by developing custom code.
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.
You can also consider us to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/
January 31, 2022 at 10:10 PM in reply to: Form doesn’t search only the taxonomies or posts I’ve specified #10553There is no post containing “course” word on your website so please perform search using different keyword such as “pain”.
To resolve the apostrophes(‘) issue, you have to use the Inverted Index Search and configure its setting as shown in the attached screenshots.
