Please make sure that you have set the same search form in the plugin Menu Search option as shown in the attached screenshot.

You can achieve this by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

It has nothing to do with the Ivory Search plugin but your theme so please contact your theme support to resolve it.
