    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    first issue; On mobile devices, namely iOS, the search icon is not clickable. If you go to another page, then it may be clicked on, however not from the homepage.

    Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    second issue; I’m wanting to a keyword search to only be associated with specific items I choose. Say “Waterproof Laminate” I don’t want everything that is wateproof to populate, only “waterproof laminate”

    You can achieve this by configuring the search form as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Best regards,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can align it by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

    header nav ul li.is-menu {
        padding: 0;
        vertical-align: middle;
    }

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

    Also, This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Currently, the Ivory Search plugin only works with the WordPress default search functionality but I will consider implementing it in the future version of the plugin.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can achieve this by configuring the search form using the search form customizer on the below path as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Search Forms -> Edit Search Form -> Design -> Search Form Customizer

    Could you please create a new custom search form and set it in the plugin Menu Search setting as shown in my earlier screenshot?

    @eryhjh

    Does that mean there is some integration available?

    Yes, in the latest version of the Ivory Search plugin I have implemented Google Analytics to track searches.

    Right now Ivory search shows the following events:
    – Ivory Search – Default (plenty of visits)
    – Ivory Search – 1010 (very few visits)
    The only search form we have is called “Default Search Form” and has ID 1010. I am afraid the first event might be false positive. What do you think?

    The first event is from the default WordPress search form and the second one is from the search form that you have implemented from Ivory Search plugin.

    There is also no information of the search terms. Has there been any development on this?

    If you click on the above events then you will find the search terms.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    It seems happening because of the addon-elements-for-elementor-page-builder plugin that you are using on your website so could you please try temporarily deactivating the addon-elements-for-elementor-page-builder plugin?
