If you are displaying the search form in the website menu then please make sure that you have configured the plugin Menu Search setting with the configured search form as shown in the attached screenshot.
If not then could you please share your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you?

You don’t have to just deactivate/reactivate them but deactivate all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and check whether the javascript errors do not display in the browser console and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is generating those errors if any.

I visited your website and saw some javascript errors in the browser console as shown in the attached screenshot that is causing the issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
