Sure I will notify you here.
I could confirm the issue on my test site which is fixed and the latest version of the plugin containing fix will be released soon.
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I am not sure which product category you are referring to so could you please describe it a bit more in detail by sharing its screenshot and the site URL where it is displaying?
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportI tried to make a search with a word with an accent this morning and now my website is down??
What exactly did you do causing this issue?
I visited your shared site and got a message “Ce site rencontre des difficultés techniques.”.
Performing the search doesn’t change anything on the site but just performs a query on the database.
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me whether you are using AJAX search on your site?
If possible, could you please share your site URL where it’s displaying?
Best regards,
Ivory Search SupportWould you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
I visited your shared site and saw this is happening because of the search input box on your site does not have a name as “s”.
To make the default WordPress search work, you have to have a search input box having name as ‘s’.
You can either resolve it by changing the search form style using customizer from search form customize section as shown in the attached screenshot or contact the theme author that you are using on your site.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that the search form you have configured and the search form that you are displaying on your website are the same and share me the screenshots of their IDs.
Also, could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
