I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

I do not see anything on your shared shorturl and imgur screenshots so could you please share them again by attaching them to the reply here?

Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?

    Best regards,

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me.

It seems your website specific issue.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

Can you check the JavaScript console for errors when you face this issue?

In Chrome go to “Tools -> Developer Tools” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”

Find information about how to open a JavaScript browser console :

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

Let me know what JavaScript errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The search results page is displayed by the search.php file of the theme that you are using on your site so the plugin doesn’t control how the posts and products are displayed on the search results page but your site theme controls it.

You can change this developing custom code in the search.php file of your child theme by contacting the theme author or consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site or WordPress agency.

You can also consider hiring us to develop it for you using the form https://ivorysearch.com/custom-work/
